Shipping and Returns
We strongly believe that you will be more than satisfied with our Services (including our PlayPods), and our customer service (which can be contacted directly at email@example.com) stands ready to address any concerns you may have, including processing any refund requests and handling any issues you may have. Again, if there is something we can do to improve your experience with us, please let us know. Our goal is to exceed your expectations!
All orders will ship within 1 week from the date of payment, though we will do our best to get your orders shipped as soon as we can. (Most orders are shipped within 1 day of purchase.) All packages will be sent via standard USPS shipping within the United States. Please contact us if you would like to make any modifications to our shipping policy, or if you would like us to ship to international destinations.
For returns, refunds, or exchanges, you must contact us within 7 days of when your product was delivered. You then have an additional 7 days to ship any return or exchange back to us (at your own cost). If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value, to be determined at our sole discretion. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7 days of receipt. Any amounts owed will be refunded through the original method of payment.
You may cancel your order anytime before the items have shipped, meaning that we must receive your request for cancellation email before we drop off the items at USPS for shipping. Once shipped, all items are subject to our Return Policy (above paragraph). To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
